How many times do we just “make do” in the moment when it comes to handling some of the finer points and little details as we’re tweaking our LP playback systems? More often than not, we default to using flashlights or other inferior light sources whenever we’re calibrating and/or tweaking our turntables. Canadian manufacturer Reliable has a much, much smarter LED task-light solution for doing all that — namely, their new UberLight Frame, which was specifically designed with the audiophile in mind. Read on to see how the UberLight Frame has helped us shine a brighter light upon our detail-oriented table-adjustment proclivities. . .

If it’s post-Super Bowl Monday, then it must be time for a good cleaning. (Work with me here.) Regardless of how you watched (or avoided!) the spectacle that was Super Bowl LIX, it’s always a good idea to begin with a clean slate the day afterward — especially if you choose to spin some cherished LPs, old and/or new, to shake off that final-game grit and get the post-NFL season underway (as we’re doing right now, in fact). To that end, we turn our eye to the Degritter Mark II ultrasonic record cleaning machine to help with our prospective cleaning. Read on to see all the cool features and specs of the Mark II RCM. . .
