Big Used Classical and Jazz LP Haul For Sale at This Year's AXPONA Audio Show!
The folks at Morrow Audio just emailed that they will be bringing to this year's AXPONA audio show in Chicago (April 13-15) at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel, thousands of vintage classical and jazz albums all in mint condition, 95% of which have never been played.
Morrow Audio recently bought the Northern Kentucky University library's entire LP collection and will be bringing to the show a few thousand of them for sale at booth 111 in the Expo Hall. A total of 12 deep plastic tubs filled with records will be for sale, including "some rare gems". The library began its record collection in the 1950s. A turntable will be on hand for listening before buying.
Usually when people shlep large numbers of records to a show, the goal is to sell them, not take them home so expect some great records for reasonable prices or maybe even better.
